Hanna Huie & Kate DuVall
Huie & DuVall Recruiting was founded by us — Hanna Huie and Kate DuVall. We originally met as coworkers working in Human Resources and quickly realized we shared the same passion for helping people grow in their careers while helping businesses find the right talent to build strong teams.
Hanna Huie has spent the past five years specializing in recruiting and holds her SHRM certification. She has developed a strong ability to identify exceptional candidates and connect them with opportunities where they can truly thrive.
Kate DuVall brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Her background includes employee relations, compliance, and helping organizations build strong, positive workplace culture.
Throughout our careers, we have had the opportunity to work in both large corporate environments and private family businesses, gaining experience across organizations ranging from 800 employees to just 8. This range of experience allows us to understand the unique challenges businesses face at every stage of growth.
As dedicated wives, first-time mothers, and entrepreneurs, we know what it means to work hard and build something meaningful. We are driven to help individuals find their dream careers while helping businesses discover the talent that will help them grow.
One thing that makes our company a little different is our shared love of cows, which has become a fun signature for our brand. Don’t be surprised if you see our homemade cow cutouts along the way — it’s just one of the ways we like to bring personality, and a little fun to the recruiting world.
